Change of Status Form

To cancel, withdraw, or drop a course, please submit the Illinois Online Credit Change of Status Form to Peggy Day, Illinois Online Registrar, pcday@illinois.edu, 217-333-8524 (fax).

If you need to cancel or drop a course after the drop deadline, please contact Program Coordinator Lauren Weiner for assistance, lgrill@illinois.edu, 224-484-0425.
